Until Filled   Additional Information: - Greet all visitors courteously, determines their needs, check appointments, and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
- Answer incoming calls and responds appropriately to request for information.
- Immediately reports any visitor who displays suspicious or unusual behavior.
- Perform a wide variety of clerical tasks including typing, filing, coding, and preparing reports.
- Data input and review from SchoolDude
- Receives inquires by phone or in person, and giving out appropriate information.
- Cover for other staff members who are absent.
- Be flexible and perform other duties relating to general job function as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain school districts’ equipment properly, including to help renters’ open and close facilities.
- Follow district policies as outlined and keep all emergency plans updated.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- Knowledge of the principals of customer service methods and techniques.
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, county and city statutes, rules, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of applicable grants management
- Knowledge of applicable Peoria Unified School District and departmental policies and procedures
- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers, vendors, students, parents, the general public, and others having business with the district.
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint and background check
- May be required to work outside normal working hours
- Must have at the time of application and must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license
- May be required to lift, push, pull or carry heavy material weighing up to 35 pounds.

Job Summary: Assists District to ensure facilities are safe and secure. Employee must have good communication and good customer service skills.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED, and two years of relevant clerical and customer service experience.
